  • Administer national identification, birth, and civil status registration.
  • Support digital transformation of registry and border control systems.
  • Lead emergency preparedness and response efforts.
  • Coordinate national disaster management operations.
  • Build resilience through risk reduction and early warning systems.
  • Formulate policies aligned with Sudan’s national security and development goals.
  • Strengthen governance frameworks and institutional capacity.
  • Enhance inter-ministerial coordination and international cooperation.
